- Summer of Football does not accept any liability for losses incurred in bets recommended by our service. Betting by its very nature carries a risk, and hence, it is the responsibility of each client to make their own independent decisions when it comes to betting. We have provided the information based on our own assessment and to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee any financial gains to any individuals. Hence individuals cannot hold Summer of Football or its partners responsible for any financial losses with our product.
- Past results do not predict future results. Whilst we have had regular winning returns there is no guarantee we will find winning selections in the future. We recommend certain bets, but we do not accept any liability if results are not as predicted. When you bet, you are taking sole responsibility of your actions.
- Summer of Football will only provide the service to those who are over the legal age for gambling and in countries where gambling is permitted. If you are or suspect you may be foul of these legal requirements then you are not permitted to use our service.
- Summer of Football does not accept any liability related to any advertising on this site, or other sites that you may feel are misleading. We try to provide reliable information at all times, and will not be held responsible for false advertising.
- All payments made are final but you may unsubscribe at any time. We encourage you to only take a monthly subscription so if you are not happy with the service you can unsubscribe immediately. Please note refunds won't be given if you simply have a change of heart or if it is because you feel results have been bad.
- When you enroll in any of our membership program(s) (“Program(s)”), you will be charged in accordance with that products relevant offer. Then, after the agreed time period, the same card you provided at enrollment will be charged in accordance with that websites particular offer ("Membership Fee”). You will continue to be charged at intervals of 1 month or 12 months until you cancel the subscription via Paypal or directly on our website.
- Anyone found or suspected of reselling or forwarding Summer of Football recommendation without the prior consent of Summer of Football will have their membership immediately cancelled and may not be eligible for any refund.
